Large Oldsmar insurance facility is currently reviewing Senior Customer Service Representatives for an upcoming training class. Functions will include handling incoming calls from card holders with inquiries regarding debit card issues, transaction inquiries, account information, routine maintenance and account investigations.
* All applicants MUST be available from 8:00am-7:00pm with a training schedule of 8am-5pm.
Previous billing or banking experience required.
Strong call center background a must.
Proficient Microsoft Word, Excel and data entry abilities.
Must be able to successfully complete drug, background, employment and education screenings.
Health insurance experience a plus.
