We are seeking a Sr. Marketing Manager for our Puritan division which has an over 80-year history of providing cleaning & sanitation systems for the foodservice, hospitality, government facilities & healthcare industries. Main Responsibilities: - Create the short and long term strategies and plans for new product offerings and existing product lines
- Manage assessment of current program/service offerings against key customer requirements and competitive offerings
- Provide leadership for creation and execution of segment/service marketing plans which will meet sales and profit objectives for the business unit including strategy and positioning, market research, program specifications, pricing analysis, sales forecasting, market share analysis, program projections, budgets and capital expenditures
- Steward development of compelling and differentiated new product/program/service offerings for assigned business segments
- Participate in ongoing customer interactions that contribute to business insights and results, generating Voice of the Customer input
- Provide business leadership and effective marketing support for key customer business development planning
- Own development of a value proposition for the segment or Division
- Conduct or oversee product line or segment Business Review and present to Management
- Foster a team environment in which knowledge and new ideas drive growth
Basic Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree
- 7+ years professional/marketing experience
Preferred Qualifications: - MBA
- Business-to-business marketing experience
- Successful track record in new business development of product/service management
- Strong business acumen, strategic planning capabilities, and well-developed leadership qualities
- High initiative, strong communications and relationship building skills with the ability to understand, influence and lead people of diverse backgrounds and affiliations
- Experience working in a fast-paced corporate environment
- Experience actively supporting development of others (direct or indirect)
