Requirements The position requires living on site and daily availability to greet, register and check-in all guests. Our office hours are limited to 9am to 9pm daily. Positive disposition and outstanding customer service and problem resolution skills are required. Also, weekly sales accounting, regular inventory control, minor repair skills, MS Word & Excel skills are needed. Oversee cleaning and maintenance staff. No smoking.
