Prescription Benefit Specialist
Make outbound calls to customers.Inform Medco members of their pharmacy benefits and potential cost-saving opportunities.Adhere to required scripting and meet quality monitoring standards.Navigate between multiple open computer applications to enter customer demographic and order information. Provide courteous and professional customer service to patients.Meet and exceed desired sales productivity requirements.
Requirements
