Job Description:Current CPR Card RN Required Minimum of 2 years of experience Summary: This is a position in which a registered nurse directs a team of nursing staff in the delivery of care to a group of patients. Duties include the coordination and evaluation of clinical nursing activity, facilitating continuity of patient care and delivery of direct nursing care. Duties require independent action for the coaching and direction of other team members and the use of effective communication skills for the coordination of unit and patient activities, under the direction and supervision of the Nurse Manager. Required Education: ASN, BSN strongly preferred Required License: Certification and/or Registration: Licensed as a Registered in the State of Maryland, current CPR. ACLS certification preferred.
