Description CUSTOMER SOLUTIONS SPECIALIST Established Air Freight Forwarder in the Charlotte Market is seeking a Customer Solutions Specialist. The Customer Solutions Specialist will participate in day to day contact with customers taking shipment orders, providing quotes, developing and executing solutions. 3 to 5 years of operations experience in the Air Freight forwarding industry is preferred.
