Primary Function
Provide support to Investor in all facets of daily business routine, while maintaining awareness of and sensitivity to confidential nature of private clients.  

Execution of client needs on more complex investment offerings

Provide client management support once deal is originated

Work with client to obtain proper financials / paperwork

Confirm, Enter, process, correct, reconcile and cancel trades

Assist the Investor with preparation for client meetings

Support the Investor with managing portfolio

Requirements

Ability to work both independently and as a team player

Excellent communication skills, both written and oral

Ability to multi-task and manage priorities effectively

Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing business and technology environment

Exceptional problem-solving skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Internet/Intranet

Ability to learn proprietary software and databases

Knowledge of JPMorgan product offerings
 
Position Requirements

College degree or equivalent experience required

Series 7 & 63 registration required
