Description
The Treasury Management Team Member, Finance, Symphony is responsible for the Business Analytics functions and related areas as well as participation in other Finance areas.
The incumbent will participate in user acceptance testing and consultants; assists in the creation of documentation and training materials, and delivers training during implementation.
This Team Member will posses an expert level of understanding of all of the business processes of the function they represent and will also serve as a communications liaison to Health Ministries during the implementation.
The Treasury Management Team Member, Finance, Symphony will have the responsibility of developing, documenting and reviewing business process design; identifying opportunities for process improvement and making recommendations that lead to improvements; escalating to functional Manager process and project issues that cannot be resolved; successfully developing and documenting test cases.
This individual will also monitor task assignments to ensure they are performed on schedule, within intended scope and to a defined level of quality; report progress to PMO on a weekly basis; provide subject-matter expertise of Health Ministry processes, policies and requirements in support of functional area process design, testing and implementation and coordinate with other team members to assure consistency and optimization of overall work product.

This position will be ideally located in St Louis MO. and additional travel of approx. 25% likely.
Requirements
A B.S. in Business or related field, or the equivalent, is required; Master’s degree is preferred. Three to five (3 to 5) plus years of relevant experience in Treasury Management along with excellent planning, organizational, and decision-making skills are required. Prior experience in ERP implementations or large scale projects highly desirable. Solid understanding of PeopleSoft functionality preferred.
The associate in this position will show:

- Working knowledge of General Ledger and Business Analytics
- Critical thinking, analytical skills and business acumen needed to make decisions, solve problems and manage time
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to grasp technological opportunities and apply them to business opportunities and requirements
- Proficiency in all MicroSoft Products: WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT, and VISIO.
