The Global Marketing Communications Leader for Enerpac in Glendale, WI will manage an effective organization to develop and produce impactful communications to support the Enerpac product line in global markets.  Key responsibilities of this individual are:

  • Support product marketing efforts for existing and new products by developing timely and cost effective marketing materials that align with strategies and business needs.
  • Develop and implement strategy to consistantly position Enerpac as the premier brand.
  • Manage projects from design through production to enhance quality and creativity.
  • Manage Marketing Communications team to achieve business goals and develop the talents of the individuals.
  • In-depth global market analyses of Market Size, Competitors and Channels for new/identified key industry segments to quantify opportunities.
  • Manage relationships with outside suppliers and vendors to achieve goals.
  • Improve processes through review and implementation of new processes for workflow of Department.
  • Implement promotional programs as needed to stimulate revenue growth to meet financial objectives.
  • Implement training programs as required on existing and new products to develop knowledge within the sales force for successful selling efforts. 


Job Requirements

Qualified individuals will possess the following attributes:

  • A Bachelors degree (BA) from a college or university in Business or Graphic Arts and/or five to eight years related experience.
  • Knowledge of media and production related to marketing communications.
  • Manage agencies to coordinate the production of graphics for packaging, catalogs and other printed pieces.
  • Ability to manage research both in-house and through external resources, to develop actionable strategies. 
  • Basic technical understanding of our products, applications, and markets.
  • Work effectively in a global organization, with many international contacts and a multitude of different products and markets.
  • Highly organized project management and budget management.
