Job Description
Salary range 65-70k
A manufacturing company is looking for a Production Supervisor to do the following:
Directs all activities on production line
Maintain quality and safety standards within line
Supervise hourly employees
Follow safety/ GMP procedures
Assure production process is followed at all times
Work with the Maintenance Dept. in order to maintain plant & equipment
Strong mechanical skills, and carry out project work as directed.
Ability to problems solve and troubleshoot
Recommend and implement improvements to the operation including process, machinery, method and material changes in support of the plant goals
Operate equipment as required and perform mechanical tasks as needed.
Work with Plant Manager in developing your team through coaching/counseling and feedback - Develop and maintain a strong team that is results oriented through training, coaching, discipline, and effective communications.
Good understanding of FDA regulations
Requirements:
3+ years supervisory experience in a Medical manufacturing/production environment.
Bachelor's degree
