In order to accomplish that assignment, we must hire great people! And we have an excellent opportunity for an ambitious CLINICAL COORDINATOR to grow our new state-of-the-art dental center.


Due to our continued growth, we are currently seeking a Clinical Coordinator who will be responsible for supervising the daily activities of the dental assistants, flow of patients and ordering of clinical supplies. This state-of-the-art dental office provides quality dental care to children and young adults. We offer great benefits and bonus opportunity!

  • Prepare and maintain dental instruments, supplies, and equipment
  • Supervise up to 12 dental assistants
  • Collect and record patient health histories
  • Provide patient management during dental procedures
  • Conduct instrument transfer
  • Prepare dental materials: amalgam, composite, impressions material, etc.
  • Deliver patient personal oral care instructions
  • X-ray certification strongly preferred
  • Requirements * Previous dental assistants experience with increasing responsibility REQUIRED
  • Compliance with state dental practice requirements (i.e., X-ray requirements, OSHA training)
  • Dental Assisting experience strongly preferred
  • Ability to effectively manage more than one activity at a time
  • X-ray certification a strong plus
  • Strong communication skills
