Job Description 

Sodexo is seeking a General Manager of Food Services for a 225 bed acute care facility located in Pueblo, CO, south of Colorado Springs. Services include At Your Request Room Service Program for patients, Retail cafe, Coffee Service and large volume of catering. Unit includes 3 Sodexo managers including a unit controller and Sodexo Clinical Nutrition Staff. This is also a union account. Prior healthcare experience at the GM level as well as excellent client relations and team building skills preferred.



Position Summary:

Directs all contract management service operations at a single account/unit. Plans and supervises special functions. Maintains cash control and payroll records. Hires and trains unit personnel. Maintains customer satisfaction and good public relations. Manages through managers and is accountable for the contract. Senior-most person assigned to a one client account.

Basic Education Requirement:

Associate's Degree

Basic Management/Supervisory Experience Required:

3 year(s) of lead/supervisory/management experience

Basic Functional Experience Required:

4 year(s) You may substitute 1 additional year of experience for each year of education below the basic requirement above as long as you possess a high-school diploma or GED.Position Posting Title: General Manager 4 - Food
