Mainframe Assembler language experience - ability to read and decipher Assembler code. Cobol experience also
Resource will document system requirements from existing assembler code.

Required to be on-site 5 days per week (no exceptions)
Good client interaction skills
Good verbal and written skills
Prior DMV experience a plus

experience and expertise in documenting and understanding requirements, completing analysis and design deliverables, developing and unit testing code. Must have been part of a development project through the entire Systems Development Life Cycle (Requirements through Close Down) using a formal methodology.
