Job Description
Classification: Temporary
Compensation: $12 to $14 per hour
Our local client is in need of a Mortgage Post Closer. Responsibilities include: monitoring for timely receipt of signed loan closing packages, scan loan documents into system, review signed documents for accuracy and completeness, separate lender documents from recording documents, prepare mortgage for recording and send, prepare signed documents for shipping and send accordingly, follow-up for needed documents post closing by monitoring exceptions reports, and meet all productivity standards.
