Primary Responsibilities:

• Obtain business reporting requirements
• Provide source system analysis
• Source data profiling and data quality assessment
• Make recommendations for data warehouse mart design
• Prepare business requirement documents and technical specification documents
• Work closely with business stakeholders, ETL developers and quality assurance teams
• Act as a leader/mentor

Job Requirements

Qualifications: 
 
Requirements:

• 5+ yrs experience working with health care data or health care application systems such as eligibility, care management, or claims
  
• 5+ yrs experience as a business or systems analyst writing business and/or systems requirements including data mapping 
  

Assets:

• Behavioral health data knowledge a plus
  
• Strong knowledge of data warehousing concepts
  
• Data modeling experience
