Position Description:
Major Purpose
Apply statistical and mathematical techniques to the ongoing pursuit of “understanding the customer”
Major Responsibilities
Development and maintenance of statistical models in support of internal client activities
Plan, execute, and effectively communicate the results of strategic database analyses
Conducts analysis of market data and customer information, identifying patterns, trends and translating those into actionable insights
Utilize measurement and analysis techniques to quantify results of business activities. Assist in the education of marketing staff on measurement and analysis methodologies
Position Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in statistics, economics, mathematics, industrial engineering or related field. Masters preferred or 1-4 years equivalent work experience required.
Experience with linear regression, logistic regression, cluster analysis, and time series analysis.
Strong business acumen
Excellent communication skills
Intellectual curiosity
Ability to establish and sustain strong business relationships and effectively prioritize business needs
