Description
The Regional Manager, Client Relationships primary responsibility is to oversee the operations of The Work Number Client Relationship team. The responsibilities include retention of clients, generation of revenue, development of team, problem resolution, developing relationships with key internal partners, assisting with contract negotiation, and growing strategic partnerships with clients.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Lead team to retain and promote revenue growth within existing accounts
- Effective territory assignment, setting and managing priorities, and identifying and executing revenue growth strategies
- Develop strategic partnerships and affiliations with cross-functional teams
- Set clear goals and performance standards; manage to these goals and standards
- Hire, develop, train, motivate and retain key talent
- Execute key initiatives
- Gather and analyze data, prepare reports and make presentations to Senior Leadership Team
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications and Competencies: - Bachelors degree in related field
- 3+ years of prior management experience, service industry experience preferred
- Exemplary communication skills (verbal, written and presentation)
- Successful track record in growing a team (individuals and revenue goals)
- Proven ability at developing effective business strategies, executing and managing to those
- Outstanding networking and relationship building
- Ability to travel 40-50%
- Knowledge with various software applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Sales Logix
