Senior Accountant - Direct & Organize Corporate Accounting for a Growing Ancillary Benefits Leader!

Requirements
Working directly with our Controller and Manager of Financial Planning, the main mission of the Senior Accountant at Ancillary Care Services is to assist in directing and organizing our corporate accounting function, including the gathering and summarizing of corporate financial data, and the compilation of financial reports on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis. Central to your success here is your desire to grow with something big by utilizing your experience establishing and maintaining the general ledger, procedures, and internal controls. You will also be a key participant in internal monitoring and testing of compliance with policies and procedures for SOX audits, as well as helping to plan and forecast for the company. The position is responsible for preparing the financial statements and investigating variances and various accounting issues related to our growing business. A CPA certificate is a not required, but a definite plus. For the candidate with natural initiative, a desire to be the 'head of the class' and who carries good judgment in planning and goal orientation, you will be on track for growth into a management role leading and directing the work of a professional team.
