Overview:
The CFT engineer will work in an environment with members of the HP CFT team, which include the Business Development Manager, the product engineers, resident engineers and the sales team. He/She will respond to customer requests for engineering documents, product information, and product designs and product extensions as required. The ultimate deliverable of the CFT engineer is to assist the team in increasing the content of TE product in customer end products.
Responsibilities & Qualifications:
The CFT engineer will have excellent communication skills and a broad product knowledge of various interconnection systems. He/She should also have computer skills that would include CAE, 3D modeling, and Microsoft office capabilities. He/She will act as a technical interface to the customer's needs and requirements.
