Wells Fargo Home Mortgage has an opportunity for a highly motivated Retail Sales Manager to help grow and expand the Residential Mortgage Division in PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA!
Along with responsibility for personal mortgage production, the Retail Sales Manager directs the work of other mortgage sales professionals and assists in establishing and monitoring goals, implementing policies and procedures, and managing price protection. This position recruits, selects, orients, and trains mortgage loan officers, recommends and/or makes decisions in personnel-related matters.
For consideration, applicants must have outside mortgage origination experience and established referral partners in the local market.
