Manufacturing Engineer
Description:
Are you looking for an exciting new position as a Manufacturing Engineer? Do you enjoy working in a fast paced environment? If so, we have an excellent opportunity for you. We are currently seeking a manufacturing engineer to aid in the following:

Solid modeling/programming, developing, implementing, and evaluating manufacturing processes in the Iowa production facility as a main contributor to the engineering team and
manufacturing operations through supporting short and long term company goals.

Prioritized Responsibilities

1. Solid Modeling / Programming (Preferably knowledgeable in Solid Works software)

2. Process Design

3. Process Implementation

4. Process Documentation

5. Continuous Improvement

6. Cost Reductions

Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering preferred

1 year of job related experience preferred

Ability to work in a lean manufacturing environment / process improvement

Ability to work in a manufacturing team environment / problem solving

Ability to meet company objectives in a timely manner

Essential Physical Functions:

Ability to sit for long time periods of time performing computer functions

Equipment Used:
1. Software: Solid Works, Auto CAD, Microsoft Excel/ Word.
2. Inspection: Calipers, Micrometers, Height Gauge

Additional Comments: Applicant will be required to take a basic skill test.
