Job Description
We have an exciting temporary part time AP position with one of our top clients. This position is right downtown San Francisco and offers stability for the next 3 to 6 months.
Duties include:
Review and enter invoices
Manage invoice approval process including coding and entering expense reports
Maintain vendor files and records
Maintain good working relationship with vendors and internal customers.
Job Requirements
Minimum of 2 year of Accounts Payable
Ability to work in a fast pace and high volume environment
Great Plains experience
Strong customer service background
Excellent communication skills
Highly effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
