Staffing Specialist

PSA Healthcare is seeking an energetic self-starter to join the team as a Staffing Specialist.

We are looking for a sales and management oriented individual who will be responsible for staffing operations in our Chicago South office.



Responsibilities of this position include:

• Awareness of the skills and limitations of field staff collaboration with clinical personnel
• Consistently counsels field staff, as indicated and/or directly related to performance and attitude
• Properly documents, maintains objective relationship with staff
• Demonstrates knowledge and adherence to the policies and procedures of company, and hold staff accountable
• Maintains active involvement with issues of cost containment, effectively utilizes staff within staffing guidelines
• Demonstrates an ability to identify and solve problems with initiative and good judgment
• Maintains rapport with clients, effectively promotes harmonious interpersonal relationships
• Strives to meet deadlines on special projects assigned

Previous staffing experience preferred
