Job Description 
Our client is looking for an individual with a minimum of 1-3 years experience with PeopleSoft v9.0 and UPK. Individuals should possess hands-on experience developing UPK Training Materials using HR, Payroll and/or T&L modules in PeopleSoft. Experience with companies or state entities with large employee populations is desired; and experience.

REQUIRED SKILLS (3 years minimum experience):

  • Solid experience developing Training materials using the UPK tool v3.5 and PeopleSoft v9 HR, Payroll and T&L modules.
  • Design, develop and deliver Training Materials, Simulations and Job Aids, PowerPoint presentations and Webinars using UPK, PowerPoint, PeopleSoft, and Snag It
  • Editing drafts and developing final drafts of UPK simulations and training materials
  • Work with Trainers and SME*s to develop and edit training materials using test scripts and Business Process information
  • Help prepare communications related to Training and Change Management
  • Help prepare presentations for Webinars and deliver training as needed
  • Help Edit Content for Online Training including UPK glossary
  • Attend Training Planning Meetings

    Job Requirements include:

  • Minimum 3 years in Training and experience in Hr, Payroll or T & L business processes (minimum of one area and preferably two or more)
  • Exposure to Learning Management Systems and Methodology preferred
  • Writing experience preferred
  • Excellent written and oral skills
  • Minimum of one * three years of experience using UPK, MS Office, including: Word, Excel and PowerPoint, PeopleSoft and editing tools like Snag It and Paint
  • Experience with PeopleSoft HR Modules preferred, including HR, Payroll or T & L (minimum of one module and two or more preferred)
