Following CMS and State Regulations will enroll Medicare Dual Eligible beneficiaries into HCG. Following Medicare Regulations will utilize leads to make appointments with potentially eligible beneficiaries. Complete follow up paperwork and duties as necessary to complete enrollment. Follow-up with beneficiaries after enrollment to ensure transition of services as needed in a timely manner.

 

1 position will be for Yuma

HS Diploma or GED.
1-2 years experience working in Medicare eligible market.
Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
Specific Certifications or Licenses:
A State Life and Health License is required to perform the duties of this position.
Applicant must be able to obtain the license prior to starting work
