Responsibilities and prospects for professional growth include: ' Follow pertinent standard operating procedures (SOPs). Train on the core SOPs within 15 days of hire. Train on current SOPs, including 'Read and discuss' and 'hands-on' training on applicable SOPs. Ensure proper documentation of training. ' Train on current manufacturing instructions for assigned manufacturing processes; ensure proper documentation of training. Maintain training requirements for assigned manufacturing processes. ' Accurately execute manufacturing processes and operation of equipment for designated product manufacturing. ' Immediately notify supervision in the event of process and/or document deviations. ' Keep accurate records of process activity, time accountability per batch, or other process-related information as required. Significant operator-related documentation errors, as discovered during batch record review, will be trended by supervisor and appropriate actions taken (re-training, counseling, disciplinary action). ' Perform sampling and in-process testing and document results as required by specific batch records.
