Job Description 

In this position, you will work on a new nuclear laboratory facility which will have HVAC system providing three, cascaded pressure containment zones along with radiation monitor systems, several pressurized gas systems, water systems, vacuum systems, and waste systems.

As a Senior Project Engineer, you will be responsible for the preparation, review, and approval of:

  • design criteria, P&IDs, and related engineering documents

  • procurement specifications for process instrumentation and control systems

  • engineering calculations

  • logic diagrams and I&C physical design

    You will have supervisory responsibilities for the I&C engineering staff and the opportunity to interface with an interdisciplinary project team as well as the client. 


  • Job Requirements 

    A degree in engineering is required along with a minimum of 10 years of related experience in instrumentation and controls engineering.

    Familiarity with setpoint calculations (ISA 67.04), safety-instrumented systems (ISA 84.01), single failure analysis, and failure modes and effect analysis (FMEA) is desired.

    U.S. citizenship is required.
