Sr. Project Manager ??? Healthcare Construction

Here is something special these days: a General Contractor that builds noteworthy projects in multiple states and is expanding. They have asked us to find a Senior Project Manager to work on multiple healthcare projects, based in their Kansas City, KS office.

This multidisciplinary design-build company typically works on healthcare projects from $5 million-$20 million. The winning candidate will have full range of responsibility for the projects, including staff oversight.

Requirements:
?? 4-year degree in civil engineering or construction management.
?? 10 years minimum experience as a project manager with staff oversight responsibility.
?? Successful record of Profit and Loss responsibility.
?? Track record of managing multiple projects at once.
?? Must have design-build background in healthcare projects.
?? Strong background in mechanical, electrical and/or central plant a plus.
?? Government project experience a plus.
?? Able to travel about 25% of the time.
