    JOB DESCRIPTION:
    Data Verification project for the A/R team. This team requires a dedicated contractor for the remainder of this 3-month project. Contractor will be calling customers to request/update customer information such as owner name, address, phone #s, and email (email addresses is the most important piece of information) Contractor will then input this information into their internal Accounts Receivable system (C2C)

  • REQUIREMENTS:
    Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, clear enunciation and tone of voice during calls - recent, tenured experience with Outbound soft-calling will be focused on in resumes and candidates with this skill will be considered as a priority first.
    Contractor MUST have Intermediate Excel & Word for accurate entry of information.

    Having Accounts Receivable experience/knowledge a plus, but not required. This role will be for the remainder of the project, contract only.

  • *Successful contractor must be on time and at work every day, cannot miss a day due to the needs of the project at present**

    If an offer is made, a 7 year criminal background check and drug screening will be conducted. Candidate must pass both screenings to be hired.

    COMPENSATION:
    12.00 per hour
