Your position will deliver learning content programs for exempt and non-exempt employees using a variety of delivery methods. Through your skills, you will inspire audience participation and enthusiasm to ensure a quality training experience for all attendees utilizing adult learning concepts. You will facilitate meetings, workshops, virtual meetings and seminars utilizing classroom, CBT, video, self-directed and modular based learning. You will be a part of training project teams from inception of a need to delivery of the product. You will possess a belief that excellence is in the details and interact and communicate effectively with all levels of customers and management. While your delivery material may at times repeat, you will be excited by the idea that you can measure and evaluate your learners' performance and adapt as needed to create a successful learning experience for each and every participant. You will provide feedback and recommend development plans based on learned activities with employees and their managers
Qualifications
The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Education or Business.Facilitator Certification or Presentation Course preferred. 2 years experience in facilitation which includes the delivery of soft skills coaching, leadership and management workshops. Understanding of basic design philosophy. Banking knowledge preferred. Must possess strong communication skills. Must possess technical/business knowledge. Experience with Coaching and Feedback. Must have the ability to travel 75% of the time.
