Job Overview

Answer inbound calls from customers of a local utility company.
Respond to customer billing and service questions.
Utilize various Vertex and client software packages.
$11 – $11.75 per hour plus quarterly bonus opportunity.

Requirements

Be proficient on the computer
Efficiently manipulate multiple screens simultaneously.
Possess strong communication and customer service skills.
Must be available to work a flexible schedule.
