About our client
Our client develops and manufactures ingredients for the food, pharmaceutical and nutraceutical industries.
To enhance the position of this major European player in the US market, we are looking to recruit a dynamic Account Manager.

Job description
The Account Manager will be a goal oriented individual focused on achievement. As a Sales Manager, the ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company's existing food accounts as well as identifying new prospects and growing the business, while following the company's strategy.
The Account Manager will oversee accounts lin the entire country. Thus travels will be required.

Job Requirements
Who we are looking for
The successful candidate will possess the following:
• Bachelor's degree in Science ideally in Food Science
• 3-7 years experience in selling to the Food industry
• Knowledge of ingredients will be a must
• Ability to work in a small but very dynamic environment
• Project oriented, Technical sales driven
• Appetite for complex sales
