JOB INFORMATION
Coordinate strategy execution and day-to-day operations for a unit engaged in managing and monitoring customer (lenders, servicers, and other partners) performance with the goal of safeguarding the firm assets and mitigating operations and financial risk. Articulate goals, allocate resources, and manage workflow.
KEY JOB FUNCTIONS
Oversee and manage activities related to servicing customer portfolios to ensure compliance with the firm servicing guidelines.
Create and direct processes to manage predatory reviews, compliance checks, and the rebuttal process. Approve and monitor required corrective action.
Plan and oversee development of customer training.
Lead and monitor adherence to internal controls. Initiate efforts to strengthen internal controls and provide operational efficiencies.
Report to senior management on the unit's production, activities, and efforts.
Represent the unit as an expert or resource to cross-functional project or coordinating teams.
Plan, document, and manage the performance of subordinate managers and/or staff. Provide for professional or technical growth through assignment, mentoring, or training.
Plan and manage the unit's budget. Approve expenditures or budget transfers.
Requirements
EDUCATION - Bachelor Degree or Equivalent
- Preferred: Master or Other Advanced Degree
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE - 10 years of related experience
