Sales Assistant
Summary:
Assists in the business development efforts of the team and marketing of commercial real estate services. Works under the direct supervision of experienced sales professional or team of sales professionals in a training capacity.
Responsibilities:
Assist in business development efforts. Call upon senior level executives of companies of significant size and arrange for introductory meetings.
Update and maintain team database.
Meets with clients and accompanies sales professionals to property sites. May assist in the touring of space.
Gathers and coordinates materials necessary for transactions, including commission agreements, leases, and sales agreements.
Drafts various correspondences to existing and prospective clients. Coordinates and sends marketing materials.
Compiles packages of property data for clients that contain material specifically tailored to each client.
Prepares tenant surveys, summary reports, maps, and presentations for listing or tenant representative assignments.
Updates property and client database with updated information gathered through research.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Arizona Real Estate License
Bachelor’s degree
Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence and memos, and ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding.
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co‑workers, and/or supervisor.
Ability to effectively present information to an internal group.
Requires knowledge and understanding of financial terms and principles.
Ability to understand and carry out instructions.
Ability to solve problems.
Requires analytical skills.
Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite and Internet research skills.
