The Clinical Education Manager (CEM) is a clinically educated and trained health care professional involved in delivering cutting edge research and education to thought leaders and clinicians who are engaged in the treatment of patients with hemophilia. Additionally the CEM will be responsible for educating groups and individuals involved in underwriting the care of patients with hemophilia, such as employers and insurers. CEMs are responsible for developing, coordinating and insuring implementation of corporate, scientific and clinical strategies to thought leaders within academic, clinical, health care organizations, insurance companies, employers, and others. Participates in high level training sessions, medical congresses support of the scientific/medical information, give clinical and scientific presentations, participate in sponsored scientific symposiums.
Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or Nursing from an accredited college or university and 5 years experience in the professional education or medical education field. Must have experience in thought leader development, developing and delivering clinical presentations. Demonstrated success in forming strategic alliances with business partners and colleagues as well as an understanding of the Clinical and Regulatory requirements in a field-based medical organization.
