Supervises technical activities within designated specialty area. Supervises technologists and oversees technical activities with regard to CT/MRI services and programs. Manages department resources to ensure all procedures are completed in a timely manner. Provides staffing schedules and monitors all staff activities to ensure compliance to hospital and department policies and procedures. Responsible for the recruitment and hiring of new staff. Participates in long range planning relative to services, programs, capital and human resources for assigned areas of responsibility. May have budgetary responsibilities.
This position requires an Associate's degree (Bachelor's preferred) and 3 years of related experience.Five years of clinical experience in CT/MRI highly preferred, with at least three years in a supervisory position. Experience in pediatric MRI also preferred.License Required: ARRT in MRI (CT and MRI preferred).Additional Information: Shift: This is a full-time position; 40 hours per week; Monday - Friday.Salary will be based on education and experience.Background screens will be performed and must be approved prior to employment.
