Job Description

We are searching for a strong Plant Controller to join the local plant of one of our largest clients. It is a large manufacturing company with operations throughout the U.S. The Plant Controller will have direct reporting structure to the General Manager and dotted line responsibility to the Regional Controller and have the responsibility of management of the entire accounting function at the facility, including financial reporting, budgeting, A/P, A/R, cost accounting, etc. This is an excellent opportunity to join a very large, stable company and have high visibility to executive management and ability to have significant impact on the plant's financial and operational success.

Job Requirements

-Bachelor's Degree Accounting / Finance
  • CPA preferred (not required)
  • 7 to 10 years overall accounting experience - concentrated in manufacturing environment
  • Strong technical knowledge of plant manufacturing, including inventory processes.
  • Previous management experience of accounting department
