Description
Assume the responsibility for: Core Measure Abstraction and education; Implementation of QI program for the organization; Hiring and retention of staff; Medical Staff Peer Review; Oversight and leadership of Case management and Risk Management Programs; Oversight for system-wide JCAHO compliance.
Qualifications
At least 5 years of full-time experience in healthcare, two years experience in quality improvement, and at least three years of hospital and management experience. Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or Management Required. CPHQ desired
