Job Description 

 

You will cost out to jobs, cut checks, organize all payables, work with vendor files, W9's, certificate of insurances, etc.  You will also work with sales tax, job costing and back up to payroll. 

 

Must have 2-5 years recent accounts payable experience.

Must have an associate’s degree in accounting.

Must have MSWD, Excel and QuickBooks skills.

Ideal candidate has job costing, payroll or sales tax experience.

 

Hours: 8:00am-4:30pm.

Pay: $12.00-$15.00 / hr.
