Kellogg's is currently seeking a Director, of Lean Learning & Development. The responsibilities are, but not limited to:
Development and coordination of Lean Knowledge Scope and standardization for KNA Organization
Development of Lean training modules including:
oBasic Lean Overview
o5S
oValue Stream Mapping
o5 Why's
oRoot Cause Problem Solving
oFishbone Analysis
oMCRS
oAsset Care
oReliability Centered Maintenance
Collaborating with KNA Communications to implement Lean Lunch & Learns & general communications
Working with Organizational Development to develop training schedule Training the Trainer on Lean Training Modules
Coordinating the scheduling of Lean Trainers to teach Lean Modules
Developing roadmap for longer term vision of lean, overall business improvement and linkages to business strategy
Work on overall Lean communications plan linking to business strategy
Coordinate Six Sigma Green Belt & Lean Practitioner certification plans
Development of sequential, comprehensive Lean Training Program
Integrate lean within the KBLM attributes
Coordinate standardization of KNA lean applications
Lead efforts to improve process touchpoints for relative lean opportunities
Management of training and best practice documentation within document repository (Share Point)
Coordination of Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and Standard Operating Condition (SOC) standardization and documentation in KNA supply chain.
Accountable for auditing the effectiveness of training processes.

Experience Required:
10 Years of experience with Lean methodologies.
5+ Years of Lean training and direct involvement in leading a organizational Lean transformation
Bachelors Degree in related field is desired
Excellent interpersonal skills, including a high level of cross-functional experience, communication to and with all levels, effective collaboration and influencing skills
Demonstrated ability to manage a strategic focus balanced with a practical/pragmatic approach
Strong ability to manage/influence teams to deliver the right results on time
Six Sigma experience preferred
