DESCRIPTION:
The Treasury Specialist II will plan, coordinate, problem solve and assist manager in all aspects of Treasury Services project work plans. Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately. Applies company knowledge to project to ensure appropriate products, services and work flow processes support overall Company goals and objectives. Analyze, recommend, and steward new processes and controls within Treasury and Shared Services. Collaborate with various departments as necessary to ensure continuous improvement of business processes and standards as they relate to payment methods.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Position Activities and Tasks
Execute all aspects of Treasury Services project management
- Coordinates and manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project
- Effectively applies company methodology and enforces project standards
- Identifies resources needed and assigns and monitors individual responsibilities and deliverables
- Effectively facilitates team and client meetings
- Organizes and maintains the team room / Sharepoint site
- Holds regular status meetings with project team
- Drives team to execute against agreed project plan
- Keeps project team well informed of changes within the organization and general corporate news impacting the project
- Effectively communicates relevant project information to superiors
- Produces engaging, informative, and well-organized presentations
- Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion
- Understands how to communicate complex/sensitive information
- Keeps track of lessons learned and shares those lessons with team members.
- Communicates effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions
- Continually seeks opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships
- Builds a knowledge base of each client�s business, organization and objectives
- Complies with and helps enforce standard policies and procedures
- Effective change management
QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- 5-7 years Financial experience
- Project Management Experience REQUIRED
- Collaboration to achieve objectives
EXPERIENCE PREFERRED
- CCE field finance � SAP and BASIS knowledge
- Experience working on business transformation or major systems implementation projects
- Knowledge of paper, card, and electronic payment methods and systems
- EDI and related industry and regulatory framework knowledge
- Proven ability to manage projects and direct cross functional teams
- CTP, PMP, AAP certification STRONGLY PREFERRED
