Key Role:
Provide human capital consulting and statistical data analysis in support of technology systems implementation, management, and reporting, including strategic and operational human capital planning, analysis, policy, strategy development, and metrics. Work with government organizations to support the design, implementation, and evaluation of human capital programs. Apply functional expertise in the components of the human capital life-cycle. Apply knowledge of competency modeling, leadership development, recruiting and selection, and workforce planning. Enhance knowledge of government human resources policies and regulations, including guidance on hiring and staffing, employee relations, employee programs, and human resources initiatives. Identify opportunities for organization strategy services within a client organization or business area. Demonstrate the ability to build competencies in the areas of basic consulting, assignment performance, and organization strategy. This position is located in Herndon, VA.
Basic Qualifications:
-4+ years of experience with the use of SPSS in the management and analyses of data, including complex multivariate analyses, including survival analyses
-Knowledge of Microsoft Office
-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
-MA or MS degree
Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with building and maintaining client relationships in a team-based government or management consulting environment
-Experience with human capital consulting
Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
