Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure that correct business functionality, requirements and industry standards are being followed by the business specifically related to as well as in compliance with HIPAA and SOX regulations
- Provide strategic guidance to the business by understanding all products and services offered by the business
- Manage business continuity plan which includes bi-annual testing of the plan by working with our business partners
- Act as the business owner representing Service Delivery users and the LifeWorks business to formulate business requirements as it relates to applications and business processes both internal and external
- Manage the implementation of enterprise technical changes, application releases and large customer implementations
- Develop and implement test plans, coordinate testing, and documentation
- Provide analysis, definition and direction on application related development and maintenance activities
- Focus on the overall goal of providing world class customer service and improving employee satisfaction
- Negotiate deadlines with our business partners as they relate to new products and initiatives with the business acting as the business champion for service delivery
- Participate in the prioritization of enhancements for applications and business processes to ensure that we are repeatable and reliable in the all that we do
- Prepare project plans to help guide the business through projects to meet the end goal efficiently
- Prepare and present status reports to stakeholders of projects at all levels of the organization
- Work with a team of peers to identify opportunities for improvement
- Communicate process changes to LifeWorks personnel by gaining buy in from the management team
- Ensure projects meet objectives and maintain alignment with corporate and business objectives as well as short range and long range planning
- Ensure projects team follows methodology selected for projects and produces qualify deliverables
- Identify and resolve project issues and risks
- Work closely with the Service Delivery leadership team with LifeWorks to support implementing strategic plans to improve and maintain employee satisfaction and provide the best service possible to our customers and participates
Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or similar degree
- 5+ years of project management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to communicate to different levels of the organization
- Strong customer focus
- Demonstrated problem solving and negotiation/influence skills
- Must be a self starter with the ability to work independently, but also understand
- when to bring others into the process
- Strategic thinker, with experience in business and technical planning
- Proven organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work with groups at different levels of understanding
- Ability to work effectively in a high pressure, tight deadline, multi-priority environment
