Responsibilities:
Efficient knowledge of Windows, Access, Word and Excel is required.

Under the direct supervision of the Third Party manager, provides support to the Third Party Department and their managers through various clerical tasks and problem solving.

Duties include but are not limited to:

- Keying requests into tracking system for Third Party
- Providing support documentation to Third Party Expeditors, such as contracts, invoices and files
- Produces Manager and Department Reports as scheduled as well as on request
- Opens mail and identifies the request type for keying including legal papers such as subpoenas and lawsuits
- Pays attorney and agency bills and prepares T & E sheets
- Researches all bankruptcy papers
- Reconciles accounts written off to bad debt with the actual placements of these accounts with third party collection agencies and identifies problems
- Scans documents for several departments as requested
- Performs miscellaneous duties as requested

2 year degree preferred, HS graduate or equivalent required. 1-2 years job related experience required (prior office experience). Prior legal experience and/or understanding of legal terminology strongly preferred.

Requires consistent attention to detail in addition to organizational skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills are a must. Efficient knowledge of Windows, Access, Word and Excel is required.


Testing:
- Alpha Numeric test - 6,000 GKPH required/7,000 GKPH preferred.
- Typing test - 35 WPM required / 45 WPM preferred
- Combined score of 90% is preferred on proofing tests (address, spelling and number)
- MS Word/Excel - intermediate level
- MS PowerPoint/Access - beginner level
