JOB DESCRIPTION

Plans, schedules, conducts, and/or coordinates detailed program acquisition support and planning efforts. Provide Information Technology (IT) program acquisition support to lifecycle planning and activities. Author and review acquisition documentation, such as the Acquisition Strategy (MCSAMP), Acquisition Decision Memorandum (ADM), Clinger-Cohen Act Compliance (CCA), and the Acquisition Program Baseline (APB), as required to meet program milestones. Coordinate activities to ensure readiness for technical and program reviews. Manage the program�s Risk Management activities. Analyzes and applies acquisition management principles and practices. Thoroughly reviews all results from assigned tasks and ensure outputs are complete, correct, integrated with project objectives, and adequately documented. Participate with assigned Working Integrated Product Teams (WIPT). DoD acquisition systems analysis, planning, and/or integration experience required. Government, military, or DoD contract experience preferred. Must be capable of working independently or as the member of a team. ACAT I / MAIS experience a plus. 

Requirements

BA or BS degree in the appropriate discipline from an accredited college or university, plus fourteen (14) or more years of progressive and relevant experience in field, including demonstrated specialist skills or MS degree and twelve (12) years or more relevant experience of Ph.D. and eight (8) years or more relevant experience.
Must demonstrate oral and written communication skills that commensurate with position requirements.
Requires demonstrated experience to coach and positively influence the behavior of others.
