Description Franciscan Ministries, Inc. (FMI) has an exciting opportunity for an experienced nurse to manage a 71 unit Alternative Care Facility (ACF) assisted living community in Denver, CO.

The position is responsible for all operational, clinical and financial aspects of the property within the approved budgeted and regulatory guidelines. In this role you will provide direct supervision to associates and manage leasing and marketing efforts. Additionally, the position initiates and supports optimum processes for accounts receivable, resident care services, maintenance, revenue enhancement, capital improvements, information reporting and compliance with all fm and regulatory compliance requirements. This position reports to the Regional Manager.

Requirements The successful candidate will have a minimum three years of supervision and management experience in an assisted living facility or geriatric nursing environment along with a current license as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN). Experience and knowledge of Medicaid billing and reimbursement processes. Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills are required. Computer skills required.
