The Vice President of Mission provides leadership in the design, development, implementation and evluation of prograsm and activities related to mission, core values, ethics, Catholic identify,and spiritual care to ensure that the missiion of CHRISTUS Health and its sponsoring Congregatoins is communicated effectively and integrated into all aspects of the organization.     Job Requirements



    Master's Degree in theology, scriptures, spirtuality, ethics or equivalent.

    Understands and is committed to Catholic healthcare

    Proven experience in planning, management and impelentation skills.

    A practicing Catholic with experience in Catholic healthcare.

    Knoweldge of the history and heritage of the sponsoring Congregatons; understanding of the Catholic Church and its teachings and the Ethical and Regigious Directives for Catholic Health Care Services. Excellent verbal and written communication sills; ability to work as a team member; poise and clarity in group presentations.
