Job Description
- Conducts student financial interviews to explain tuition payment options.
  • Facilitates student finance intake process and verifies financial documents for completeness and accuracy.
  • Maintains student financial profiles and performs research.
  • May prepare deposit and cash posting transactions.
  • May coordinate direct billing programs.
  • Student accounts, database, and file maintenance.
  • May maintain student financial aid accounts via calculations, processing refunds, applying funds and updating accounts.
  • Coordinates the collection of past due accounts and delinquent balances.
