Call Center Representatives for Healthcare Based Client!!

Job Description

Our client in Reading has been helping pharmaceutical companies and managed care organizations improve the quality of communication between patients and their physicians for over 10 years. They are in need of temporary Call Center Representatives. This is an excellent long term temporary opportunity! Responsibilities include: answering in-bound calls, enrolling patients, talking to Sales Representatives and Doctors and entering information into various databases. Successful candidates MUST have at least 1-2 years of Call Center experience. Experience working in the Healthcare industry is a plus!
