Job Description:  Critical Care Systems is a leading national provider of specialty infusion pharmacy services, helping to reduce health care costs by providing and coordinating comprehensive clinical services necessary to ensure that patients receive care outside the hospital as comfortably and safely as possible.Nurse Clinical CoordinatorOur Tustin, CA facility has launched a search for a Nurse Clinical Coordinator. The Clinical Coordinator will work with an interdisciplinary team including pharmacists, reimbursement personnel, and nurses. The primary responsibility will be new patient intake which will involve communication with Case Managers, physician office staff, and patients, as well as scheduling nursing coverage for new and existing patients. The Clinical Coordinator will also have other responsibilities including some home patient visits. Job Requirements

Licensure as a Registered Nurse in states included in service area. Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; B.S.N. preferred, or as required by state law. A minimum of two years of current experience in a specialty involving infusion therapy including patient assessment skills, venous access skills and emergency patient care. Previous specialized home health care experience recommended.
