The Clinical Coordinator will work with an interdisciplinary team including pharmacists, reimbursement personnel, and nurses. The primary responsibility will be new patient intake which will involve communication with Case Managers, physician office staff, and patients, as well as scheduling nursing coverage for new and existing patients. The Clinical Coordinator will also have other responsibilities including some home patient visits.
